June 2026 Bitties
Drop (Megalosomnia River Person) Drop types are unusually quiet for Riverbitties, but this can be attributed to the fact that they've long learned the price to pay for hinting at secrets. They'll still hum quietly to themselves, but it's rare that they'll speak to those who ride their boat. And even then, they will never speak to a Swirls bitty; it's theorized that there may be some bad blood between the two types or even that Drops are scared of Swirls types. It's not easy to tell what a Drop bitty looks like except in very faint light or outright darkness, because their outline will become visible only in those conditions. They are completely black from head to toe at first glance, but should one look long enough it becomes easier to pick out the swirling iridescent patterns on their body. Drop bitties usually wear hooded cloaks that conceal the vast majority of their features, though the colors of said cloaks tend to vary.
Platy (Undersplash Goner Kid) Like their namesake, Platy bitties have a spur on each foot that can deliver a dose of excruciatingly painful venom to those who get nicked by them, and they come in varying shades of grayish-brown. Their feet are webbed and they have long, trailing fins (located at their sides) that are a dull shade of gray to allow them to better blend in with underwater environments and avoid being hunted. While capable of eating plant matter and other substances, Platy bitties thrive on a carnivorous diet and prefer eating small fish and crustaceans. They thrive in freshwater but still need to have a place they can rest in, preferably with some kind of heat source as they cannot regulate their own body temperature. Platy bitties are normally rather quiet and don't like drawing attention to themselves, being mostly solitary, but they are willing to share space with other bitties if they have to.
Cornette (Caketale Muffet) With golden-yellow skin, white frosting-colored hair, and the sweet scent of cornbread cake emanating from them, it's difficult to mistake Cornette bitties for any other Itsy Bitsy types. They love honey and use it in their recipes, especially in their homemade whipped honey butter frosting. Rather than spiders, they'll bake up little multi-legged pastry minions to aid them in their efforts (though they certainly aren't opposed to smaller spider monsters lending them a hand or several and are willing to provide them shelter and safety in return). Cornette types do best in temperate as well as warm environments with plenty of space to weave their honeyed webs, and are also happy to share whatever happens to wander into those webs with their fellow spiders and Itsy Bitsies. They are also somewhat more charitable and happy to offer their goods for free if one is visibly hungry and cannot afford their treats.
Key (Undertale Alphys) Key bitties are extremely intelligent as well as capable of creating incredible inventions featuring both metal and magic. They're also great at coding and programming. Despite their abilities, they tend to second-guess themselves frequently and devalue their achievements. When not indulging in their scientific passions, they turn to their more creative interests: anime, video games, and writing fanfiction. Key bitties also enjoy browsing the internet for fandom content to enjoy, though it's not unusual for them to have blogs of their own where they can share thoughts about the aforementioned creative interests. They tend to develop crushes easily, though said crushes can vary in intensity depending on the individual. They get even more awkward around said crushes, which normally tend to be Undersized Undyne types. Their favorite foods are ice cream and ramen.
