Pork and pig meat in general is an underrated meat. A lot of pork is very tender and generally pretty salty too. I love a good pork chop. You can make pork chops so many different ways and they will be delicious. Everybody loves some good classic messy tender pulled pork. Bacon is everyone’s favorite meat. I like it where it’s not to crispy that the whole thing is crumbly but I don’t want the fat part to be very soft. Ham is a pretty simple meat but it’s still really good and pretty salty.
