Id like to remember anyone that Grimsley owns an casino and I just know that he would be a good boss.
-Grimsley gives all of his workers scary pokemon to work with, so that they can protect themselves and attack guests that make them uncomfortable.
- every worker has their own, custom made uniform, that Grimsley paid for.
- every worker is able to live rent free in a flat provided by Grimsley. (he bought a big building just for his workers)
- he has his own police station near the cosino for the case of an emergency
- he also has an hospital for the same reason.
- the hospital is free of charge
-To become an member of his casino, you have to fill out applications. You have to share what Pronums are preferred, what your money limit is and if you want to drink alcohol.
-he gives a really high pay and bonuses if there was a rough night
-he is always available if there are problems. Grimsley one time even paused a league fight, because one of his workers called crying after an customer berated them.
