Galacta Knight has been in a miserable state ever since he got imprisoned in the distant past (all alone too, which is terrible for a puffball’s emotional state). Since then he has been repeatedly summoned into various timelines against his will to serve as a test to various other fighters in history. He was nothing more than a weapon to be summoned and used and re-sealed again.

This misery grew into insurmountable rage, where he began ruthlessly destroying those who summoned him. Eventually, he lands into Star Allies. And Morpho, having sensed the misery in this cycle of summoning and fighting, decided to give him his final mercy. It floated down and gently reaped Galacta Knight’s soul.

“There’s actually a super old legend from Arcshua!  Lemme remember how it goes…”

Long ago, when the embers of the Kalos War were only slowly fading and the inventor of the ultimate weapon had just began his search for his friend, the Songstress of Cryshard Cave had began yearning for children to call her own.  However, the Songstress was the daughter of a Meloetta and a Diancie, and because of her hybrid nature, she was unable to bear children.

Desperate, she journeyed all the way to Sinnoh, withstanding tumultuous sea storms and harsh blizzards.  The Songstress scaled Mt. Coronet, even when her delicate legs and hands were starting to become blistered, until she reached Spear Pillar and sang for Arceus to come assist her.

Touched by her dedication, Arceus made himself known to the Songstress.  He granted her one wish, and on her request, granted her two eggs of great power to be taken back to Kalos.  The journey back was just as perilous, but it was all made bearable by her future children.

After eleven days and ten nights, the two eggs hatched into two beautiful chicks under the full moon.  The elder daughter to hatch was a white and gold Ho-Oh.  With one look at an ill being, she could draw any sickness into herself and burn it with the holy flame burning inside of her.  The younger daughter was a black and silver Lugia.  She was capable of using her psychic powers to trick anything into thinking she was a different Pokemon, and so became an eternal watcher, blessing the good and punishing the cruel.
