Honestly Garroth and Aphmau interactions in this au. I think she's be kinda aware of him because she just had to have heard something about the eldest son and like snippets of whatever plans Zane may have. While Garroth is just looking across the table at this strange young woman who seems to be a prisoner yet is so calm about everything. AND SHE ALSO RESEMBLES THR MATRON???? LIKE???

Also little slightly more nice thought in this fucked up little bubble. Aphmau has no issue touching Zane in public. She WILL be dragging him around. She WILL pull amd push him. She has no stress over that whatsoever. It stresses everyone else around her tho.

Aphmau and Zane as like cutieful partners in scheming with an underlying unhealthy power dynamic ♥♥♥yeah he keeps her in a tower away from other people and gets weird about other people touching her and visits her mostly to admire and love bomb on her but like nobody can really tell Zane Not to do that and Aphmau doesn't seem to mind so ♥ like ok its kinda weird that she gets a little upset when she's out in public for the first time and loses him in a crowd and starts getting visibly a little anxious until she spots him again unless he tells her he's leaving or when he'll be back but like ♥ that's probably fine

I can envision Zane using Garroth's weird empathy/savior complex/religious guilt against him via using Aphmau as a bargaining chip or some way to keep in contact with him after he's pulled away from Phoenix drop for one reason or another . thinking on that

I envision Zane as a 0 or 100 person in a couple things, the relevant one to this being Physical touch he's extremely averse until he thinks it'll benefit him or he likes you personally and then he's very touchy feely, and he's touchy feely in really weird ways. Like he's chilling and he's got his hand on the back of Aphs neck or on her shoulder or waist .

On the adverse Aphmaus extremely physically affection so shes all over everybody and Zane absolutely does not like that. It benefits him when shes in her tower bedroom bc it means shes VERY affectionate and clingy when Zane visits her but its annoying to him when they start bringing her out and shes holding Katelyn's hand or clinging on jefforys arm or hugs garroth when meeting him (Bc omg brother in law LETS GOOO) and u can hear the steam coming out of his ears from across the room.

They hover over each other like hell and its very concerning, but they also like to play it up bc they're little shits. Aphmau loves playing dumb, people's fear or concern is funny #schaedenfreudeQueen and her and zane being all over each other in public is the perfect scheme for second hand embarrassment or making other ppl uncomfortable plus she gets to show off her husband #winwin

I actually was about to mention that she gets casually touchy with Katelyn and Jeffory and Zane does NOT like it at ALL lmaoo ALSO!!!! NOW!!! THAT YOU MENTIONED THE GARROTH THING. CONSIDER. He keeps in contact with Zane through Aphmau. Zane lets her have a little pen pal! Which just happens to be his older brother on who he's keeping tabs on like this. And also Aph gets to do something in her ahem bedroom.
