Ulraste, the first Lion of Dunhallow.
Ulraste is the current and longest running leader of the Seraphs Errant, a knightly order that, in the modern day of After Starfall, usually focuses on fighting, relocating, and/or rehabilitating monsters (a "monster" in this setting is, officially, flora or fauna that are mutated by exposure to extreme levels of magic), providing armed escort across dangerous areas, and, due to their ties with the Galalance Vigilant, fighting demons.
When the story starts, she has chosen a successor (a goblin named Verdowyn. Still need to write about her) and is finally on her way out, but when the mc Majaaras returns from what should've been a routine mission as a Paragon with a unique copying ability, she decides to take him under his wing and mold him into a proper warrior through some "old school techniques".

Hmmm. If Ulraste is a paragon that outlived her own god, what if one of the new, post Starfall gods took one of her god's domains?
