Sul Sul, I’m Charlie! 💙 This is my Welcome Wagon Post to you all into my world of Tumblr! I’ve been part of the Sims Community since it came out when I was 9...(I’m nearly 30 now, which is just crazy!)...and I decided it’s time to give back to everyone! 💚 So I’ve created this page, as well as ones on Insta and The Sims Resource (@infiniteplumbobs) to share with you all my creations...from CC to Builds! 🏡
Hello Friends!
I’m new to the Simblr world, and I would love to make some friends and follow some fun people. Not sure how I go about these things, but hello!
I mainly post edits, gameplay and maxis match content from The Sims 4.
Ask me a question or reblog & let me know more about you!
Please reblog if you’re a simmer! 😂
Newcrest Renovated Farmhouse
Made by hai_its_amie using Uksimmer2014′s #flutterbieshell2
30x20, $126k, 2 bed/2 bath, no CC
This farmhouse in Newcrest is the perfect home for a family who love to be close to nature, the outdoors, and animals. Decorated to be lived in by a couple, their twin daughters, and their dog, this home aims to be a cosy, comforting abode for the family.
The first picture shows the exterior of the build, using various colours of wood panelling to indicate where the barn used to be and the extension built from it. The second row of pictures show the kitchen and attaching utility room, the heart of the household and its running.
The third and fourth rows of pictures show the communal living spaces. The dining room has a little reading nook for the family to cosy up, while the living room is slightly more formal and has more toys for the children to play with while they watch their favourite films.
The fifth row shows the upstairs hallway and bathroom. The hallway has a cosy office nook, where one of the parents does their knitting projects, and the bathroom demonstrates my first use of the new platform tool to raise the bathtub up as decoration and function.
The sixth and seventh row of pictures show the bedrooms. The parents’ bedroom is part of the old barn, maintaining the red walls and a rustic look. The kids’ bedroom, on the other hand, is a colourful collection of items that they have collected and hold meaningful.
The final image shows the backyard, containing a patio space with grill and seating, a farming patch, a decorative pond and reflection area, and washing line. All of the essentials for a family home!
You can download this on the gallery through the username hai_its_amie. It was created using UKSimmer’s shell, as part of the flutterbieshell2 challenge! The tours aren’t for another couple of weeks, so maybe give it a go!
