I’ve reached a new low, I am trying to phase out solid food altogether because the idea of “making” food makes me sick. Every time I have an actual meal I either feel or actually am sick. I have a blood test tomorrow, I’m being referred for mental health problems and I am basically living on dispersable supplements and the occasional biscuit if my hunger pains get too bad. Since moving I have lost half a stone, my skin is getting worse because my acne medication has been taken away from me and my gender dysmorphia is becoming more prevalent. I don’t think my partner realises the extent of what is happening to me.
