Valentine’s Baking Countdown and Recipe Share ~ ❤️ Blueberry & Coriander Bavarois, Black Pepper Shortbread, Blueberry Compote, Frosted Blueberries and Dried Blueberry Powder. 🫐🌿 Swipe for recipe. I love Bavarois. It’s creamier than panna cotta and because I love dunking biscuits, this dessert is perfect as it practically begs for a biscuit to scoop some of it up. I wanted to use blueberries and a look at the flavour thesaurus, matched it perfectly with coriander.... I was skeptical but it worked! Beautifully. This dessert is a blueberry explosion with blueberries served in a variety of ways. I needed that cookie and something that can do justice to the sweet and tart dessert. I found the perfect cookie for it on the @ent_cookeryschool website - black pepper shortbread. The flowers from @wellockshome gave it that final pop I wanted.
