From the archives. 2014 to be precise. I loved and still love this #uberbeer. Beer of the day 1. Saison Dupont, Cuvée Dry Hopping 2014 edition, 6.5%. This is one of my favourite beers around, I’ve always been a saison fan and this one brings it to the next level. All the yeasty, earthy esters are there along with the slight souring you’d expect. Then the dry hopping raises the bar.
