Polyamory.

Daichi was by far not unfamiliar with gyms and their equipment but somehow he still felt like a fish out of water from the moment he set foot at this particular facility. Perhaps it was because he was so used to routines in his life and a sudden change in... pretty much anything... always threw him for a loop. He decided to try this facility after his sports center suddenly had to undergo emergency renovations--a big inconvenience to him on all accounts. So here he was, at a new gym, surrounded by unfamiliar people who all looked like they knew perfectly well what they were doing while Daichi indecisively tried to choose which weights machine to use. He felt self conscious, even as he settled down at one, because everyone seemed so strong and well built and--he was strong and had a good body but he was tiny in comparison. He probably weighed less than some of these men were lifting--was a thought that crossed his mind. He tried to ignore it and focus on his exercise instead, except he forgot to adjust the weight from the previous user and when he tried to lift it, it just didn’t budge. Embarrassing, though he couldn’t help but burst into a soft laugh at himself for messing that up so fast. Right at that moment he locked eyes with someone at a machine directly in front of him--and that only filled him with more embarrassment as he adjusted the weight to an amount he could actually lift. A tiny figure skater surrounded by a bunch of good-looking gym buffs--it must have been a sight to behold, he couldn’t help thinking as he smiled sheepishly at the man he’d made eye contact with after realizing that he was still looking this way. Something about the man carried some kind of vibe of significance that Daichi just couldn’t place his finger on and he decided not to think too much about it. He wasn’t here to stare at men, after all!

“Hmm...maybe I should do a top five for now, but a lot of guys in town I’d be happy to bring to the bedroom. You have seen the boys of Boystown, right?”
