Well... when I was a kid I was like... king of the losers, I guess you could say. My mom worked a lot, like 18 hour days. So, it was really easy to get away with throwing kickbacks all the time. We had a pretty solid group of 10 or so kids who would hang out every day. It was a small town, so you could literally walk from one side to the other in a matter of a couple hours. So, everybody just came over every day or snuck over if they had to and we would get drunk and just do dumb shit all the time. 12 and 13 year old pyromaniac kids raised in the metal scene should not be allowed to drink, mind you. I've been lit on fire more times than I care to count. It's why all my jncos went bye bye before that trend even began. But, I digress. My sister and I share a birthday. So, we threw this insane party at our house, after we went to a local metal show at the American Legion post 169. The creepy neighbor guy gave us weed laced with something. Our best guess to this day is PCP. Kids went APESHIT. Stole a trampoline from a neighbor and were jumping off the roof to see how much air we could get and goofy shit like that. We didn't come down for like 13 hours. The whole time, they waited on us hand and foot and referred to us as the queens. And when we started to wind down, I looked at the core group who was left after the party guests took off and said "dude, if I ever move out, burn this rat trap down." All my friends laughed and said sure. At some point, we passed out, because I woke up to my mom screaming bloody murder about how trashed the house was and "why the fuck are there a bunch of half naked children on my floor?!" She kicked everybody out and started packing our stuff, immediately. We moved to Florida 2 days later. On the 1st morning there, we got a call from the fire marshal. Apparently, 3 of my dudes decided to not only burn the house down, but they threw a 4th of july party and lit it up with gasoline and roman candles and sent me pictures on AIM. They had suspicions, but because I wouldn't corroborate them, none of my friends were ever convicted. There's still an empty lot next to what used to be a Popeye's chicken at the corner of Holliday and 14th st in Wichita Falls, Tx.
