Okay I know they’re villains but Modell’s friend (I can’t remember her name for the life of me) using her suggestion power to make sure he dies painlessly is objectively so sweet
I swear I remember seeing something about this episode and someone saying it had a sad part to it… I’m scared now..
I feel like everyone just brushed off Scully’s grief. Everyone but Mulder. When Scully’s dad died, he constantly checked in at work and made sure she was okay to be working. When Melissa died, he brought flowers to her grave when Scully was visiting. When Emily died, everyone seriously brushed off Scully’s grief. But Mulder shows up with a bouquet of white flowers.
And then turns his back to give her a private moment.
