Okay so the full term for Hanahaki Syndrome is "a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from unrequited love."

Now while Azure's and Two-Times relationship wasnt one sided, it was suddenly ended due to Two-Time killing him for sacrifice. This doesn't technically leave their love unrequited, but it probably will in future when Azure comes to the game, as after being killed he now resents Two-Time (though not entirely his fault, spectre is influcing this.)

(from my knowledge) Two-Time only killed Azure as a spawn sacrifice after going haywire in their beliefs. Two-Time could've still loved Azure (if im wrong here, I apologise) but was driven to do this madness by the cult.

This can technically be grounds for Hanahaki Syndrome, and for Two-Time, the flower petals would likely be petals of Nightshade flowers, considering Azures favorite flowers were nightshades. And the only thing that sparked this HC was the fact Azure is sometimes associated with flowers.
