Call me Spire, Spiral, Twistings, KiY, or Carcosa He/they/it, I am quite the creature, and fond of spirals. Also Lab whump, Pet whump, and anything that falls under fantasy or magic or supernatural creature whump. I have broader horizons than that but these are the things I tend to gravitate towards. Specifically about my favorite carewhumperee scientist blorbo Raymond Sinclair (they/it/fae), who has NPD, BPD, and experiences delusions along with a couple of other things.
Having whumpers and with stigmatized mental disorders is tricky,
Like in an long term rp format I tend to find it easier to fully get across most / almost all of the ways their disorders impact their life on a more daily basis and it’s not just a “oh Haha scary thing this mentally ill person is hurting people”
But now, I want to write. And post. And I think one of the reasons I have been timid about doing such is that Raymond’s disorders is not something that can easily be explained in like one snippet of a story.
Which is a shame because they are one of my favorite characters to write about, just,
Honestly what I’ve been thinking is that I start building up a small archive of Raymond short stories to release all at once, just, give people who happen to randomly stumble across this blog a good general taste of Raymond right off the bat.
I’ll still be vagueposting about Raymond though, definitely, cuz I say I don’t have favorites but we all know it’s Raymond.
