Supercorp : Just get home as soon as possible, okay? I miss you. đđđ
Being married to a superhero means spending a fair amount of time without them. Lena knew this going in, of course, and while she misses Kara when sheâs not around, she can handle being alone. Hell, sheâs a CEO with a demanding work schedule of her own, so sheâs normally about as busy as Kara is anyway.
But right now, sheâs pregnant with twins, which means sheâs very hormonal and emotional, and she just misses her wife.
âAny idea when youâll have finished up?â she asks Kara over the phone.
âHopefully soon,â Kara promises. Sheâs helping out with a situation at the DEOâs desert base right now, and while itâs mostly dealt with, now they need to do the clean-up. âI think Iâll probably be done in an hour, tops.â
âJust get home as soon as possible, okay?â Lena pleads. âI miss you.â
âI miss you too,â Kara replies, her tone sincere but also a little bit amused. âAre the hormones getting to you?â
âDefinitely,â Lena replies. âI just started crying over a commercial.â
Kara laughs. âIâll be as fast as possible, okay? See you soon.â
âSee you soon,â Lena echoes, and even after Kara hangs up, she clings to the phone, holding it close.
Soon, sheâll be able to hold her wife instead, and she canât wait.

Mats and Bene are living their lives; Bene is getting ready to go to school- a change he didnât see coming once he turned thirty and Mats is currently working away in a gruelling preseason in heat that nobody should be outside in. All in all, their lives are perfectly normal despite the new surroundings, theyâre moving on but theyâre better than ever.
Little do they know, itâs all about to change. In 365 days time, things are about to flip their world upside down and itâs a blessing that neither of them could have prepared themselves for.â
Twinsverse: Itâs not easy being uncontrollably chatty.

âMarie do we need to move your seat again?â
Eight year old Marie Ackerman looked up at her teacher, then to the student her desk abutted in the two by two rows of the classroom.Â
âNoâŚâ she said quietly, scooting back over to her own personal space.
Not six seconds after the class resumed did she lean over again.Â
âI really like your erasers. Can I see one? I like the cat. I like cats. Pink ones too.â
The girl next to her looked over and scowled, scooping up her brightly colored animal erasers and fitting them back into the plastic netted bag they came in, stuffing it onto her lap, away from the prying eyes of the blonde.Â
âDid you want to play with me at recess? I think we can bring the jump ropes out today.â
âMarie stop,â the girl hissed, using her elbow to push her away, âyouâre gonna get me in trouble.â
âIâm just askingââ
âNoâstopâand your hair stinks, move over.â
âMARIE.â
Frozen in her seat, Marie looked up this time only with her eyes.
âHere,â demanded her instructor, tapping the empty desk next to Levi, âup here next to your brother, where I can see you.â
The class exploded into a buzz of tiny whispers, most of them having wondered which one of the Ackertwins would be the first to get in trouble today. Marie had won by a landslide, as Levi had sat so far the entire morning, alone and undisturbed.Â
She sat obediently, pushing her hair from her face and lowering her chin to the arms she crossed atop the desk, a signal of defeat. She couldnât help it. Her mouth wanted to talk; she didnât know how to make the words stop.
âAnother sound from you and your father gets a phone call.â
Marie opened her mouth to protest that Kenny was her uncle, not her father, but for once, thought better of it, and settled back down, not bothering to open up the social studies book they were all learning from. Itâs not like she could read it anyway.Â
For about twelve minutes she listened to the class unscolded, bobbing her head back and forth slowly until finally she couldnât handle it anymore and lifted herself up, leaning over towards Levi.Â
âLevi what did you bring for a snack today?â
Her brother was faster than their teacher and, annoyed that he was trying to listen, turned and gripped his sister by her shoulders, shoving her off her chair and onto the floor where her little legs went up over her head as she backwards summersaulted into the art table, her hair catching on the screws that held the legs in place and she exploded into wailing sobs.
Levi returned to his textbook with a frown, his cheek resting in his open palm.
Blowouts were not uncommon in the Ackerman household. With two explosive personalities and the worldâs best brooder, tense situations got out of control rather quickly.
At thirteen, just wrapping up her last year of middle school, Marie had become bold, far too bold for a young lady, and though the rule was simple: housework before TV, neither of the twins were a fan of this, testing their uncle at each turn. Today Kenny had had enough, and promptly smashing the appliance with the crowbar he kept by the back door, giving them no choice but to obey him.
While Marie usually exploded into tears, this display of spite had angered her, and after Levi had screamed his obscenities at their guardian, she shoved her small hands against his chest in a display of preteen petulance.
âWho the fuck died and made you our dad?!âÂ
Had someone (besides the twins, of course,) told Kenny that smashing in their only television (one he had barely been able to afford in their first place,) with a crowbar was the definition of âgoing a bit too far,â he in this very moment, would very likely take said crowbar and drive it into their face. Then perhaps he would consider if doing so was going a bit too far.
He was always one to keep his cool, and while a scowl seemed to be one of two semi-permanent fixtures on his features (a smirk being the other,) it was rare the man ever found himself to actually be worked up and fuming.Â
No one had ever warned him of the troubles of teens. And despite these two hardly past six months of their first teenage year, he already felt as though it could not get any worse. No, they were not bad kids, and no, he certainly did not ever regret taking them under his wing, but as a single parent of two thirteen year olds, being worked up and fuming seemed to be more common place for the man; especially because of their mouths.Â
He had no time for their whining, mocking the crying girl with a âwah wah wahâ the moment the waterworks started and telling her he didnât want to hear it.Â
He was ready to walk away, let her cry her eyes out while her brother fumed, and threaten to be sent to bed without dinner should they not get their asses moving and get to work.Â
But she pushed him, opened her mouth, and in that moment, he was sure he saw red.Â
It wasnât the shove that angered him. That he could certainly get over, as her efforts hardly even forced him to move from his stance.Â
It was what she said, dripping with teenage snark and defiance, and most importantly, ignorance of a subject she knew nothing of.
âThe fuck did you just say to me, you little shit?â

long and not-well-organised notes about a twins!Eggsy&Teddy AU
So my hc for Teddy is that heâs attracted to violence â the more uninhibited, the more it appeals to him. But Eggsy is attracted to power â controlled power, exerted with reason. It doesnât need to be the best of reasons (cough Harry beating up a bunch of thugs coz he felt like it) but there has to be some form of reason, unlike Deanâs unreasonable anger.
Teddy likes unrestrained, unleashed power.
Eggsy likes channeled, controlled power.
Teddy really doesnât put up with Deanâs shit very well, keeps getting into fights but is terribly outnumbered, etc. Eggsy has been worried about Teddy for a long time, because what people donât realise is that Teddy is a lot more dangerous than he seems. His moral compass is skewed in a different way, and he isnât afraid of the same things other people are.
For Eggsy, violence without reason is something he deeply hates, and killing is only fine for people who are against his moral code or in the way of a greater objective (eg. Chester King, Gazelle, Valentine, other people who got headsploded).
Teddy wouldnât hurt someone he cares about (eg. Eggsy, Ron, Reg, Michelle). But other people⌠he doesnât care much.Â
I think Eggsy wants his violence to be rationalised because he doesnât want to become what he hates/fears â and also because someone needs to be able to keep a logical head between himself and his twin, because otherwise Teddy wouldâve gotten himself killed a loooong time ago, probably, or locked up.
Eggsy is probably relieved when he finds out Teddy ran into the Kray twins, and that Teddy was very taken with them, because he knows itâs just a matter of time before something big happens and Teddy gets caught up in it and/or Teddy gets sent to prison or something.
And since Teddy canât change who he is, especially not with their current home life, itâs for the best if he can at least find people who can help him, maybe protect him, and let him be free (or at least more free than he currently is).
If Teddy gets sent to prison Eggsy would just call the number on the medal, so I suppose he is successful in keeping Teddy out of too much trouble until Teddy runs off with the Krays.
OKAY NOW WE CAN MOVE ON TO THE (rough ideas about) THE STORYLINE.
Thereâs a lot of shit going down post-Vday, and it looks like it mainly has to do with the Krays. Kingsman investigates, bla bla bla wtf Eggsy has a twin, bla bla bla conflicted loyalties, doubt, angst, etc.Â
Eggsy is very determined to be involved with the investigation into the Krays and Kingsman kind of has to let him, because heâs their best shot at getting close. But they also keep a close eye on things.
Thing is, Kingsman doesnât intervene unless itâs a huuuuge threat, or unless nobody else is up to the job. I mean, MI6 and Scotland Yard etc also exist, and have jobs to do. And maybe Harry isnât back yet, but even if he is, Eggsyâs position in Kingsman is still a little shaky so Harry and Merlin canât afford to have it look like they doubt his allegiance.
I mean, the biggest problem with undying loyalty is when youâre loyal to two sides that may come into conflict. Eggsyâs never grassed anyone up. But he is also a Kingsman agent now. What to do?
And Eggsy has a gut feeling, maybe, that thereâs more to things than what appears on the surface. He did ask Teddy to promise not to get into trouble unless he can get himself out, after all, when they separated.Â
Teddy wouldnât break a promise, not to him.
Even if he is mad and sometimes capricious and he doesnât see the world the way most people do, his brother is still his brother.Â
I think thereâs actually bigger fish hiding behind the Krays, making it look like the Krays are the biggest fish. (CRAYFISH HAHA)
Scotland Yard has been keeping the Krays in check for some time (not very well, but just well enough that nothing too big happens)
And like, with modern meds, maybe Ronâs doing a liiiiiiiiiiiiiittle bit better. m a y b e. He can still refuse to take them, so thereâs no magical solution to any of that. Itâs always going to be something they have to deal with.
So like. Eggsy contacts Teddy. maybe gets a meeting with the Krays, Hangs out for some days?Â
And like. Idk. I have this idea, that instead of going as âchavâ!Eggsy he goes as gentleman!Eggsy
Maybe because he knows Teddy, and Teddy knows him, and itâd be extra suspicious if he shows up in his former state.
Like â Eggsy as Teddy knew him, wouldnât go randomly seeking out the Krays. By making it obvious that he has an agenda, but not telling the truth on what the agenda is, people are actually less suspicious, or at least not suspicious in the right directions.
I had this idea for what Eggsyâs cover story could be, and itâs basically a bunch of partial truths. Iâm guessing Kingsman probably has several different aliases for the organisation itself, so Eggsy pretends heâs working for a⌠mercenary organisation? Which isnât entirely untrue, since Kingsman is independent and all. He basically says killed their former leader for being a traitor so right now the organisation isnât sure what to do with him â which is also technically kind of true.
On one hand, he did them a huge favour by exposing the treachery. On the other hand, he did that while he wasnât a formal member or anything so heâs still an unknown in a sense, possibly a threat, but also a great asset and they donât want to lose that (or worse, have him turn against them).
When asked about how he got recruited, Eggsy would probably give a cheeky as hell answer like⌠he slept with one of their members, or something along those lines.
(Harry was rather unwisely drinking tea while watching the video feed of this conversation)
Or, he says he mustâve made an ~*~impression~*~ but insinuates - quite blatantly, too - that there was sex involved. and he does it so convincingly that even Merlin looks at Harry for a moment and tries to figure out the probability of that.
And Harry is just. coughing very loudly.
ANYWAY, MOVING ON.
The Krays obviously want to test Eggsy, see what heâs made of and all that. Maybe they arrange an encounter with Dean (and thugs?). And Teddyâs all ready to go, to beat up the scum who made his earlier years unpleasant and indirectly forced him to be separated from his brother. But Eggsy steps forward, places a hand on his brotherâs shoulder. Teddy looks at him for a moment, then smiles and steps back.Â
Teddy steps back, Eggsy steps forward, smiling his murder smile. And Teddyâs eyes are alight, eager, almost feverish, because the first time he fell in love wasnât with Ron, but with Eggsy. The furious, violent, ruthless Eggsy he saw during their teenage years, after Teddy nearly got killed by a large group of thugs.
But that part of Eggsy is always so deeply concealed, dormant, that he knows Eggsy canât and wonât give him the violence he craves to watch and partake in.
Which is why he loves Eggsy, but he later went with Ron.
Okay so. Eggsy does some terrifying violence, to Dean and goons, like Vino and Ladd Russo from Baccano. Quite possibly torture too? Things that make even Merlin and Harry wince.Teddy is ecstatic, Ron is pleased and intrigued.
Teddy, watching it, feels like this is as good as / way better than sex (huehuehue)
Also, I headcanon that Eggsy, when heâs murderous AND violent, fights just like Vino - acrobatic, ruthless, graceful, vicious⌠because yes please. And Teddyâs usually more inclined towards Ladd Russoâs style - straight out brutality.Â
Eggsy, in a non-murderous setting, fights more like Firo Prochainezo - still very agile and all, but more playful, more about having fun and using his skills than about blood and gore and violence
Eggsy, in full gentleman spy mode, is more like Luck Gandor - smiling enigmatically, calm and composed, speaking in a sophisticated manner, but far more ruthless.
He heavily emulates Harry in his gentleman spy mode, although his irreverence is more towards cheekiness and Harryâs is towards, idk, being a little shit ayyy.
Harry likes to give unpleasant surprises (aka dreadful shocks) to people he doesnât like (cough cough âHail Satanâ).
Also uhmmmmâŚ
After Eggsy finishes going full Vino on Dean&co, he turns and gives that same smile + head tilt he gave Gazelle after she realised she got hit by the shoe blade. Teddyâs probably going to jump on him at this point and, idk, do whatever it is that Teddy does when heâs very pleased >:3
Idk how much twincest Ron is okay with regarding Eggsy and Teddy, butâŚÂ
ÂŻ\_(ă)_/ÂŻ
(But I think ultimately the twins (Eggsy and Teddy) will still split, but it will be on amiable terms, and theyâll go with their respective boyfriends. Eggsy and Harry arenât together yet so Harry feels conflicted but not betrayed or anything, just⌠wishing Eggsy could be back and with him.)
Okay so, Eggsy shows off and lets off some steam, everyone is suitably impressed, Teddy is overly impressedâŚâŚ.. plot stuff happens but in the end Eggsy confirms his suspicions that thereâs bigger fish for Kingsman to fry and theyâre using the Krays as a front because the Krays are far from squeaky-clean anyway.
And idk, maybe the real opponent is similar to Moriarty. Itâll probably end up being a situation where Kingsman has bigger fish to fry and kind of needs some help (or at least no interference) from the Krays due to still being short-handed after vday, and in the end they establish a sort of truce. if the Krays donât go too far and maybe occasionally help Kingsman, Kingsman will leave them be?
And like. Eggsy and Teddy meet up for tea or something, on a semi-regular basis.
Also I think Eggsy will have a moment of understanding with Reg, because theyâre very much in the same boat. Eggsy has been his brotherâs keeper for so many years, and in a sense he still is. Reg is much the same.Â
I liked how the bond between Reg and Ron was shown in the movie. like, even though Ron has done a lot of things that are driving Reg crazy, Reg still cares a lot about him, and would rather see the Firm fail than let Ron be locked up or âdealt withâ.
Supercorp telling stories to her daughter about how they met for the first time
âOkay, kiddos, time for a bedtime story,â Kara says, sitting down with Kieran and Astra. âWhat do you two want? Goodnight Moon? Ten Little Fingers and Ten Little Toes?â
âCan you tell us the story of how you and Mom met?â Astra asks, pulling her blanket around her shoulders like a cape.
âYeah!â Kieran agrees enthusiastically. âYou saved her life, right, Ieiu?â
âI did,â Kara agrees. âWe should get your mom in here to tell the story right.â
âMOOOOOOOM!â Kieran immediately bellows at the top of his lungs. âCOME HEEEERE!â
Kara laughs. âI wasnât exactly thinking of calling her like that, but I guess it works.â
âSomething wrong?â Lena asks, stepping into the bedroom. âI thought it was time for a bedtime story.â
âThatâs the plan, but the kids want the story of how we met,â Kara replies. âI figured we should tell it together.â
âSounds good to me,â Lena says, smiling as she sits down at the end of Kieranâs bed. âGet into bed, both of you, and weâll tell you the whole story.â
âWas it love at first sight?â Astra asks, bounding into her bed.
âWell, I definitely thought your mother was beautiful,â Lena says, as Kieran gets into his own bed and waits eagerly for the story. âWhat about you, Kara, was it love at first sight?â
âI donât know if I believe in love at first sight,â Kara replies. âBut from the first moment I saw you, I knew you were going to be important to me.â
Lena smiles, and both of the children go, âAwwwww!â
âBut tell us the details,â Kieran says, bouncing up and down. âWhat were the details, Ieiu?â
âWell,â Kara says, sitting down on Astraâs bed, âit all started when your uncle Lex tried to kill your mother...â
âAre they asleep?â Lena whispers, after over an hour of work at putting the twins down.
âTheyâre asleep,â Kara confirms. âIf you wake them up, I will scream.â
Lena laughs a little, almost breathlessly. âIâll stay quiet, then.â
Kara looks down at the twins. Theyâre curled together in sleep, almost snuggling. Theyâre absolutely adorable, and theyâre definitely much nicer to look at when theyâre not screaming.
âTheyâre so cute when theyâre asleep,â Lena says, leaning against Karaâs side.
âThey are,â Kara agrees. âAnd so much quieter.â
Lena laughs again. âDo you want to relax and watch a movie or something? Make the most of this time?â
Kara smiles a little. âWell, if you really want to make the most of it...â
Lenaâs eyes sparkle. âShould we move to the bedroom, then?â
Kara leans over and kisses Lena on the cheek, then smirks. âRace you there.â
When Kara darts away, Lena laughs almost loud enough to wake the twins, but thankfully, they sleep through it. It would definitely have put a crimp in their plans if they hadnât.
