#twine stuff

Hey! I was wondering how did you go about setting the code for Li's gender? I've been fiddling with Twine for a while and I can't for the love of God figure out how to set NPC genders with a cycling command without having to make the reader choose every single variable. Thanks!

hi! you don't have to publish this ask, i just thought this would interest you: i discovered in my own sugarcube project that having multiple menus, that you call up one after the other might lead to a really long return-button-clicking thing until you come back to the story. there's a passage in the sugarube documentation that explains how to avoid that though. i noticed that your project has the same thing happening, but maybe you have fixed that already. (i hope this doesn't come off as rude or anything, it's definitely not intended to - i just discovered that bit and thought it might help you too!) (also really love speaker, hyped for the poly route!)
