I’ve loved TTRPGs for a very, very long time, and I’ve always wanted to get super in-depth with playing them, but outside of a few sessions in High School, I never really was able. And even now, having listened to several Actual Play podcasts, and read many TTRPG based webcomics, I’ve never really made a player character that I felt could be fun for a long term game. Until, of all things, a post on here pointed me to an indie playbook called “The Book of House,” an expansion for D&D 5e. There’s a handbook for a race called “Clonns,” and I immediately fell in love with them, so... Layla finds Courage, a Clonn Monk. I love them.

i-Spy is more of a sneaky ambush dude. he’s got most standard spiderman powers, though his strength isn’t quite as bonkers as most- he’s just “average strong human” strong. doesn’t do webs, either, though he’ll tie a “safety line” when he’s snoopin’ around. he’s got real neat cameras and drones and goggles and lights and stuff, too. 

i drewdled this last night and forgot to upload it here, lmao. anyways, furry meeeeemz,  chess actually pulls off this look fantabulously.

obvs i’m not gonna be close with these guesses of what the starters will be in final stage, but this is always a fun exercise!
