Day 28: saddest backstory
That award probably goes to these two! Twiddlebug (the coatl) and Frostquartz (the skydancer) were both involved in an experiment gone wrong. Twiddlebug as a researcher, and Frostquartz as an assassin who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Both of them were mutated and fled seperately to the Aeraki Forest, too ashamed to go back to their homes looking as they did. There, they found each other, and became something resembling friends.
Day 15 - any dragon no restrictions
Oh I have to share Twiddlebug, I got him bc I saw that the fallout feathers/spellwrought shardhide combo was so nice, and I love him so much!! He was involved in the same experiment as Nightmare, but rather than just happening to walk by as it exploded like she did, he was directly involved and thus fully mutated. He fled to the Aeraki Forest, and now he lives there! I haven't figured out all his lore juust yet, but I love him a lot :D
Would you ever consider tagging if cats are male or female and/or whether they're intact? Sometimes it's obvious but not always and I'd be curious to double-check my assumptions from their appearance. Love this blog BTW it's one of my favorites! :)

I tag for tortie tomcats and I’ve thought about tagging for stud jowls when they’re prominent enough but I wouldn’t do anymore than that.
Similarly with neuter status I might start tagging for stud jowls if there’s enough interest and I tag for troublepuffs if they’re obvious enough in the image(s) - even if they’re de-troublef puffs - because cat balls are objectively hilarious- but I don’t have any plans to tag for alter status beyond that.
