District Zeta was a rather curious place on account of its numerous plants and trees that Tiki had only pictured in her wildest dreams, with their weeping branches and twisted roots. That being said, some seemed more.. alive than others, and for this reason once she concluded her business the oracle made it her first priority to leave and return on a later date when she was not alone. In this weakened state she’d be little match for an entire ecosystem turned against her. There was only one problem: somewhere down the line she had become hopelessly and utterly _lost, _as if the entire green house had rearranged itself behind her back.
There was however, some small sliver of hope in that she knew she was not alone.
Parting the fronds that blocked her path, Tiki found herself face to face with the young man previously concealed behind them. Her eyes widened for a mere second before returning to their perpetual, dreamy half-lidded state.
“.. So you are the presence I sensed earlier,”
“I was not expecting to find another here. I hate to burden you so soon, but I was hoping you might guide me toward the exit.”
