Day 326-329 of Korra Fitness (9/7-9/10)
9/7- A LONG day, lol. Insanely fun, full of art, and gay :) (I was at an art ever :D)
9/8- Not so much a great day. A mental health struggle kinda day ๐ซ
9/9- But YOOO LMFAO. SUNDAY, I WENT TO THE BEACH. <333
At this point, I live there now XDD.
BUT, I did many things YESTERDAY!! :D
I crawled under a cave (which...was under about a 100-foot cliff, and was...very SCARY LOL. It was a narrow opening, and you had to army-crawl through it ;____;), hopped over some rocks to an ocean ledge (which...was also very dangerous Dx), ALMOST explored a sea aqueduct tunnel (I couldnโt swim in the water w/o a swimsuit :3), and I climbed down another...very damn dangerous cliff LOL.
As yโall can see, Iโm uhh...kinda an adrenaline person LOL. :P
9/10- Found some time to go to the gym today! FINALLY! :DD
Barbell Curls (30 lbs)- 3sets of 10 reps
Shoulder Pulldowns- Did a variety of 65 lbs, 70 lbs, 75 lbs, 80 lbs, and 85 lbs :). Hereโs what I remember, lol
-65 lbs (1 set of 8 or so reps :3)
-70 lbs (For some reason, these are really hard. 1 set of 5 reps)
-75 lbs (Even harder! 1 set of 5 REPS LOL :D <33)
-80 lbs: Now THESE are the KICKER LOL. BUT NOT FOR THE READON YโALL THINK... they feel LIGHTER than 70 lbs :O, and therefore, MUCH easier to do LOL. So, I think I did 2 sets of 5 reps or around there :โ)
-85 lbs: My PR :D 3 reps total of it lol. A KILLER.
