I present the new Skybound Exclusive, Hipster Ricky! Or maybe Pauly Bunyan? Eh, Crumbcatcher works too. Anyhoo, despite this not being my personal favorite look for Rick over the years, the figure is pretty nice. I really like the detail in his prosthetic hook hand and the figure as a whole is very nicely sculpted and has surprisingly good paint apps. The bloody black and white version has more detail in his beard and the cane is silver rather than the darker version that comes with the color figure, but those details and the obvious paint scheme difference and blood spatter are the only huge differences in the two versions. Articulation is great on this one. It's a guessing game with McFarlane, but thankfully this one is very poseable, unlike some of the other exclusives such as Negan. Rick has a peg in his hand so that he holds his items better, but I didn't feel like fidgeting with that tonight after all the grief the peg gave me with the Beth figure. And the peg is small like Beth's, not like Alpha's. I guess they're going to be doing the pegs from now on. Accessories include the cane, hatchet, and the Python (which doesn't make sense, but oh well). Anyway, they're up for sale on the Skybound site, $25 each as usual. Be aware if you're a frequent Skybound shopper and are used to certain prices on shipping, it seems to have gone up a bit. #TankfreaksStuff #TankfreaksToys #TWD #TheWalkingDead #WalkingDead #WalkingDeadComics #TWDcomics #TWDMcFarlane #TWDfigures #TWDactionfigures #TWDtoys #TWDaddict #TWDaddiction #TWDcollector #TWDcollection #Skybound #SkyboundExclusive #McFarlane #ActionFigures #RickGrimes #ANewBeginning #ANewBeginningRickGrimes
