Daryl and Carol stand frozen in the middle of the pantry. They’re half naked, arms snaked around each other and cheeks hot with guilt and embarrassment.

Maggie leans against the door frame, perfectly relaxed and very amused.

Maggie: We goin’ on that run still?

Daryl: Mhmm, yeah. We’re comin’

Maggie: I see that.

Daryl’s and Carol’s faces burn even brighter.

Carol: Five minutes?

Maggie: If that’s all you need.

She spins on her heels, still smirking.

Daryl: Ain’t what she meant!

Fuck. I didn’t study. 

Ok, um, favorite Caryl moment in S4 has to be “Sorry, Pookie,” which I know is super predictable, but I just love how Daryl reacts to it like he’s in kindergarten.
