tokka week 2012 :: day 4 - duty

(so i like explaining my gifsets for tokka week so this might get a bit long. you can delete what i say below if you feel like it. i'm cool with that.

IT’S TOKKA WEEK MEANING MY OTP WEEK MEANING THIS IS HOPEFULLY GONNA BE KICKASS. once again, in collaboration with the talented and amazing justine (completelytwitterpated). she’ll be doing day 1, 3, 5, i’ll be doing day 2, 4, 6 and we’ll both be doing day 7! i might be adding a few other tokka gifsets here and there though. even if they’re not related to the prompts.because i can that’s why.

so a few weeks back i requested from my dear friend, raissa, to write me a tokka fic (of course i requested tokka what else) and OMG I DIED FROM ALL THE FEELINGS OKAY JUST READ IT AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND OK. i originally had another plan for duty (idk if i'll post it or not) but frances suggested i do this and omg i broke down in the middle of class you don't even know guys i loved making this gifset

so there. i really suggest you click the link for the story but if you hate me are too lazy to, i'll give you the gist of it. basically, toph is getting into an arranged marriage and well... i really don't want to spoil the last part cause its my favorite. JUST READ IT FOR CHRISTS SAKE

and also a big big thanks to frances, who i discussed tokka week with through literally every period in class. i couldn't have done it without her. she's writing for tokka week too! check it out!

okay so i couldn't do the 'sokka-is-lin's-daddy-and-they-all-lived-happily-ever-after' because i am neither a good writer nor artist and how am i supposed to make that with gifs right? then this popped into my head. and well... i thought it was good.

so obviously sokka's meeting the parents. you all know this would totally happen. and no, i don't know why he's wearing fire nation clothes. just go with it guys.
