Nightmare: Chara has killed almost everyone in the underground except Sans, Papyrus and a few others. This loneliness slowly starts to drive Papyrus insane. This has caused Papyrus to lose his mind in such a way that starts to abuse Sans. It gets worse and more painful over time. Until one while begging brother to stop so things can go back to the way they used be Papyrus kills Sans with a finally blow. Papyrus leaves Sans to die slow, alone, and in pain.

In the middle of the night, Sansie found himself waking up in tears. But .. quietly. It took a moment before he noticed why. While skeletons were never necessarily in need of air, he found himself gasping for it, but barely able to suck any in. He was gripping the sheets, and trying his hardest to calm himself down, trying to get that air in. It took a minute or so, before he passed out, out of the sheer energy it took to breath.
