Apollo: this boy cry’s on na daily basis ,he has tissues in his handbag ,ready, waiting. He would also sing yo I songs to make you feel better 8.5/10

Artemis: 100 percent (hundred) is ready to kill a man or several. Sucks at comforting but would try really hard! She would pay your back then call her brother because she has no clue what to do 5/10

Aphrodite: is also ready to cut a bitch. She doesn’t have tissues on hand but she does have makeup wipes! (She’s trying) Would be great if you needed a distraction 6/10

Ares: panic. He would walk in see you crying and just ask a confused “are you okay?” Doesn’t go straight to murder, but is ready to help hide a body, he’s used to mourning since death comes with it but not emotions. He’d try though 7.8/10

Athena: also panic. Sits down next to you and just starts telling you facts, she doesn’t know what to do at all. Same as Ares she’s used to mourning not normal emotions. Would hug you 5.5/10

Demeter: would just hug you and love you cry it out. She’s a great hugger, try’s to get you to eat but is more worried about why you were crying in this first place 8/10

Dionysus: would look at you and just us his powers to make you feel euphoria, than cuddles you in till you’re ready to tell him 7/10

Hephaestus: would give you a trinket to calm you down. Is very good at breathing exercises,other than that he’s a mess. My guys anti social. Pats your head and yells you it’ll be okay 6.3/10

Hestia: she’d walk in with candy and Kleenex in hand ready to help. Helps make sure you feel safe, makes you drink a shit ton of water. Would let you cry into her shirt 8.7/10

Hera: mom friend. She could be across the world and still show up for you. Brings you snacks, water, and tissues. I love her 8/10

Hermes.laughs at first because he thinks it’s a prank. Once he realizes that it isn’t a prank he’d be all over the place. He stole you some of Apollos snacks, gives the best hugs 6.9/10

Hades: doesn’t know what to do,death makes people feel different things but he isn’t ready for this at all. Tried and failed to get you to tell him what’s wrong 5.5/10

Poseidon: panics and just gives you a hug. He doesn’t know what he’s doing at all. He got you to tell him super easy however,he’d try really hard 6/10

Curly: pony, where did your freckles go?

Pony: oh my freckles fade in the winter

Alright. Here we go again. In continuation/response to my original poster, ‘’Media and POC.’’ Read if you want to. I’m not going to respond to people who refuse to understand.

So, this is to the anons my friends and the POC community have been receiving.

Real funny, anons. See, here’s the thing. Our complaints stem from the fanfictions that are tagged as ‘’GENDER NEUTRAL READER.’’ This means neutral of gender AND RACE. 

Now tell me, do you NOT understand in your small narrow minded mind that WHITE ISN’T NEUTRAL? IT’S NOT STANDARD. 

NOT EVERYONE IS WHITE. A GENDER NEUTRAL READER IS NOT ALWAYS WHITE!

‘‘Ignore it,’‘ you say. I’d bet you’d be whining like a little baby if all the fanfictions SPECIFIED a race that isn’t YOURS, and blantantly IGNORE the fact that the author has classified it as NEUTRAL! ASSUMING THAT THE READER IS FROM AN ETHNIC BACKGROUND YOU’RE NOT.

You think we’re overreacting, making a big fuss over fanfiction. But you’re NOT UNDERSTANDING! WE HAVE BEEN IGNORED, GLOSSED OVER IN MEDIA FOR DECADES! IT’S NOT JUST FANFICTION, IT’S MOVIES, IT’S THE ENTIRE MEDIA.

And if you think this is okay, get the fuck off my blog. I won’t even blink an eye before deleting an ask I may get from a racist or ignorant anon. 

And to the last ask, ‘’Why don’t you write it for yourself?’’ We are. But just like how WE write neutral readers, WITHOUT EXCLUDING ANYONE, so should you. That’s why there’s fanfictions tagged with POC!READER, because you haven’t bothered to bring us representation. 

And then you're whining about how it doesn't apply to you. You never cared about representing us, so why would we pay an ounce of attention to you when all we're doing is creating representation for our community that you haven't done or done poorly?

Stop it. Stop TALKING before you even KNOW what you’re talking about! It just makes you look like an idiot. 

And the fact that you hide behind the ANON while spewing insults and curses towards the POC community? The fact that you can’t do it directly to our faces says a lot. It’s cowardly. 

ARIA HAD BEEN SILENT FOR A WHILE, the first time he came in trying to start a conversation she knew she’d bitten his head off. he’d backed her into a corner and she was scared, hurt and when she PANICKED her mouth ran away with itself and… that was the result. she talked and she talked and usually before she knew it she was saying something she REGRETTED. when he spoke this time she lifted her head slowly to look at him from the ball she’d curled herself into. it wasn’t like she was going ANYWHERE, right? she just had to sit and wait whatever this was out. “NO, it’s not.” aria still AGREED with him, even now, she still found herself not disagreeing with what he had to say. like he’d said... when did they disagree on ANYTHING? “but does it really have to hurt this much though?” and this did hurt, all of it. “when i saw that body strapped to that table all bloody and motionless? I THOUGHT IT WAS YOU and i... i couldn’t breath because in my mind the WORST possible thing had happened -- i had lost you, you were gone and i was going to have to live this stupid life without you! I DIDN’T KNOW IT COULD GET ANY WORSE but it has, right? because now i have to live this stupid life knowing i can’t stop fucking thinking about you even though you were NEVER mine to lose to begin with.” that was it, right? that was the jiist of it. “IF I’M WRONG... PLEASE TELL ME.” he might have tried previously but she couldn’t have heard it, she couldn’t have heard a single word with how freaking OVERWHELMED she’d been.
