This month, I am exposing Sylus because I’ve had enough.😭🤚
celebrating one year with sylus, xavier, zayne, rafayel and caleb! an entire year has passed since i started playing love and deepspace—can you believe that?
on this day, around noon last year, i installed love and deepspace on my phone and spent the rest of my work shift playing through the main story. (i am half serious about this. and it was a tuesday too.😭🤚)
it was a targeted ad, i’m sure of it. a spicy ad with materials from misty invasion, but from lost oasis, mostly. i vividly remember sylus half naked on my screen with that smug look on his face; that image was embedded in my brain and about two months later, i was pulling for my first multi banner.
i got got. 😭🤚
while not entirely inexperienced, love and deepspace was my first battle + gacha game. i remember pulling aimlessly, wasting my diamonds, too excited to read through the guides; and my biggest dilemma at the time was getting through the battles in the main story—“i thought i’m here to date hot men why am i fighting for my life?” was most of my thought process. i’m sure some players thought this as well.😭🤚
generally, the beginning was overwhelming; a shared experience for the most of us. i was navigating still while playing through the main story during a multi banner. all the while in-game notifs kept popping up—“affinity level with —“ “message from —“moments post” “— calling.” thank god for that red dot. it was my guiding grace otherwise i would’ve missed a lot of stuff intended for new players.
eventually i met sylus, love of my life. 🥹❤️
best. appearance. ever. second to none. thinking about that animation sequence again got me grinning, i mean loverboi got all dolled up to meet his soulmate. to meet me.😌✨

you know, i thought i’d eventually change my main, especially after meeting all the love interests in the main story, but sylus stuck with me like gum on my hair. i love him so much; he’s is my no.1—my most beloved in deepspace.
but i have to admit, as a harem girlie, xavier’s duality and zayne’s affection got me looking away. 👀🫠
in-game i finally collected that one hundred fifty diamonds, measly as it is. and got those sweet first anniversary messages from everyone (expect for colonel.) i was hoping for a call though.😅
from this point on will be a showcase of the cards i pulled from multi banners and maybe a little bit of reminiscing.
2/4 wander in wonder. my first multi banner where pulled aimlessly. got xavier first then sylus as my precise wish. i was such a noob at the time i couldn’t go through the mini game (most locations were battle stages.) grassland romance is very special to me. 🥹❤️✨
4/4 yes, cat caretaker. i swore to get all the cards and i did.😎✨ this banner was really cute, especially the mini game. i think i got early pitys for this banner that i ranked sylus and zayne’s cards but still didn’t get to have rafayel’s outfit crate. i think i needed 25 pulls more but i was financially depleted already. 🥹🤚🐈
4/4 nightly rendezvous. i may have missed misty invasion, but i got into the game early enough before the year ended to pull on his banner. 🔥
4/4 fondness treasure. was i expecting this to be as spicy as the nightly rendezvous cards? no. not really. i thought it’ll be another set of wholesome cards but i was gagged! and i think everyone was under the same impression. i scratched those boxes aimlessly but i managed to get all four.✨
4/4 pile parade. we all got this for free for the anniversary, but these cards are so wholesome and cute and so domestic and i don’t see enough people talking about it. lowkey felt like a romantic ad for pile it up though. 😭🤚
5/5 tomorrow's catch-22. this was caleb’s first multi banner. i managed to get all the cards and the outfits crates except for caleb’s (sorry colonel.) each card was so well-written but i haven’t gotten to sylus’ card yet. i need to be in the right headspace to truly appreciate the card. (i’ve been spoiled a little tho.)😗
4/5 spring and flowers. the first time i lost my 50/50 in a mutli banner—colonel, that was unacceptable behavior! ah if only the right card went home. i got his outfit crate though. i really cleared out the pull rewards.
3/5 witnessed by deepspace. with the new myths coming, i had to prioritize my mains. and the ring merch that came out around this time? secured soul feather!
3/5 you and midsummer. never farmed so hard for any banner except this. 😭🤚 where has my luck gone? please come back!
all my standard and limited companions to-date and best believe i’ll be pulling for god of annihilation too. i’m pretty proud of these.❤️✨
lastly, my memory cards count for each love interest. i am missing sylus’ no defense zone, lost oasis, and no way out—reruns, i’ll be coming for you!
you might think it’s silly of me to make this little anniversary post but this game needs serious commitment and i just did that. 😭🤚 and i had so much fun too!
