Here’s the story of this nutty, coconutty, chocolatty Magic Bar: I made #chocolatechipcookies so fast, too much butter was used. Pulling the cookie sheet out of the oven, I was extremely disappointed. The cookies had flatlined. This was minutes before I was supposed to pack the cookies for a boxing party on Saturday. Oh well... but I didn’t give up, I researched ruined cookie hacks, and learned I can swap out graham crackers for failed cookies with way too much butter. Viola!
