Chief Prosecutor - Miles Edgeworth
Oh, how the frosty haired Prosecutor/Interpol Liaison wanted the to whip him for his words! However, her stomach just got done telling her that she would not have the energy to perform that task to her satisfaction.
Franziska knew that Miles was right, after all, he was rarely wrong when it came to her. She hated that he could always get under her skin so easily, even more so now after his great revival from the ‘dead’. Yet, there was something there besides hunger in her, that made her feel her stomach churn in a weird contradictory way. She ignored that other feeling, to address the crimson garbed, bespectacled man before her.
‘Dummkopf! Still pretending to care about me! I’m not a little girl anymore! I haven’t been since you left me all those years ago!', she wanted to yell at him for acting so concerned about her. 'Didn’t I say I wouldn’t walk in your shadow forever? I am an Interpol Liaison now, yet you still treat me as if I am lesser than you! I am far greater now than some mere Chief Prosector of some foolish district in a Court of Law.’, is what she really wanted to tell him, each and every time she faced him; ever since that day. But again the words would not reach her lips.
“Fool!”, she snapped at him with a stinging, ice cold glare that even her whip did not possess. She stood up sharply, grabbing her lash as if she were going to whip him for his insubordination. But then, her stomach reminded her that once again, she would not have the energy to do what she wished without a backlash upon herself. Instead, she laid her whip down for a moment to contemplate her next move; her cheeks once again becoming a silent shade of pink. After a moment of consideration, she shuffled her paperwork into perfectly neat piles of 'finished', 'in-progress', and 'not started yet' stacks. Afterwards, Franziska's voice still regarded him with a flat tone. "Where are we going, then?", she demanded of him, but her eyes once more giving way to curiosity, and genuine pleasure that he was taking time out his day to spend time with her.
