As he watched Sela abruptly turn and announce her act to go and get his parents, had sent a chill to come through the unnatural haze of his anger. It was only dispelled the moment he had to come to one realization.
"So you intend to just jump off the tower and teeter on over to them?"
While he had relayed that to the demoness, he had taken note of the simple mine being laid down by Revak of all things. It certainly added...Something new. One reasoning and another, they really expected him to falter with using examples of his parents?
They wouldn't understand this overwhelming rush, that of which he was trying to restrain but they continued to test his mettle. It didn't help with Happy speaking and adding onto that example of being his parents to which he retaliates with little effort - a vine crawling out from the cracks of the ground and was sent hurling towards the flower, wrapping around their mouth suddenly.
Despite this attempt to silence them, it would seem the tendril was more or less brittle, due to Johnny's lack of attention and could easily be bitten down.
[ Hollow's helpful act of healing Revak had yielded great effects with alleviating any injury prior to the titan's attacks. ]
Strangely, this wouldn't go unnoticed as Johnny's screen suddenly broke into a fit of violent static before he focused, blinking to process what that was, seeing Malevolent heading straight towards him would immediately alert him, sidestepping to the left, their punch sadly does little to hit Johnny ; the response given was to only dart his right hand up and snatch at their head, claws fully squashing down their bloom and squeeze slightly at the tv head.
"...The hell was that supposed to be?"
The question, for what it was worth, had a tinge of mockery to it. Not waiting for an answer, Johnny takes one step forward until he'd suddenly bring them down with a sudden slam into the earth, right on top of where the mine had been placed.
This in turn, along with the trap being amplified by Lillith's magic, would result in a devastating explosion, Malevolent taking most of the punishment due to their recklessness.
Johnny blinked, realizing that he felt the telltale signs of stinging on his skin. Was that pain he felt? No, that couldn't be, he had to remind himself that he was strong, if he were to continue sharing his protection.
During this time, Vainglory had successfully eluded the sights of the titan, though what they had in mind would continue to remain lost on Johnny as currently, he had been staring at the aftermath of the impact he had caused which left a smoldering charred hole with Malovent's whole entire head to be driven into the ground, their body from the neck down arching in stunned silence.
By this point, once he had stood up, a sudden sense of vertigo overcomes him - as if the world began to swim. It was subtle, granted but he easily shook it off to regain his bearings.
Regardless, the titan foregoes any sense of caution for his own well-being, proceeding to go ahead and trek towards Sela.
"My parent's aren't to know until I deem it ready nor can they do anything to shift my stance on this whole situation. I am gonna be a damn cause against invaders and the likes of which develop out of our sights!!"
[ The aura begins to flicker and wane for a moment in tune to their emotional state, it's luster becoming more apparent by the minute as it's flow continued to grow the more obvious. It is unknown whether if Johnny is becoming more aware about this. ]

[Unfortunately, the dragon didn't have much time to process Hollow's aid, Revak's eyes widened in pure horror as his and Lilith's efforts ended up used to damage Mal with devastating results.]

[A low, bestial growl of rage bubbles from his throat, his eyes, now once again slitted with fury. Through blind anger, he seemed to fail to notice the titan's stumbling, or sense any change, but that didn't matter... Seeing him strolling right past the intended safeguard for Sela to get past, he did the first thing that came to mind...]
* THEN HOW ABOUT PAYING ATTENTION TO THIS THREAT, YA PATCHWORK PRISON GUARD?!
[A pulsing orange aura, resembling that of a flame began to flicker off of the dragon, fire building in his hands before throwing them back, launching himself off the ground right towards Johnny's side, his sole intent, if nothing else, to keep him from reaching Sela, the dragon using continued bursts of fire magic to begin spinning like a drill, surrounding himself in flame and hurtling towards their captor headfirst.]

Hollow could do little more than watch in abject horror at the events that took place nearby him. His position placed him far enough away from the explosion, but he could feel the shockwave...if only he had waited another turn to try and heal someone.
He'd have to try again once he had enough energy, and hope it wasn't too late. He struggled to lift his own trident, let alone move, trying to shift his position to stand between Johnny and the retreating Sela.
Looking up with a green glint in his eye he spoke, an eerie softness to his voice. *Fighting isn't the only way to protect Johnny. There's always another path, a better path than death and destruction, trust me. Why not try a little kindness and show some mercy instead....it might work a little better, and you don't have to hurt your friends in the process."
Unable to really fight for the moment, all he had were words. But even he didn't know where they were coming from.

Vainglory smirks with all four of his mouths as he looks up at the back of Alpha's head.
He takes note of the jet engine on their back and, with a hearty leap off of the ground, jumps onto Alpha's back and tries to cling onto it as best as he can. If successful, the ink would climb up Alpha's back and around the Jet Engine, and then climb onto his head.
If this plan of his succeeded, he would shapeshift one of his ink roots into a huge mallet, and with a exuberant swing, he would smash the ink mallet into the side of Alpha's head.

Well, Mal would likely be there for a moment. Getting smashed into the ground and barbecued was not on his agenda today, and yet here he was, truly a master of bad life choices.
He had at least one regret, at least one; for now he's a little too dazed to think of that regret though.

If anything could make Paul drop his jaw in abject surprise, it was this very moment to when Johnny had performed a brutal takedown on Malevolent.

Everything was beginning wayy out of hand again already and the most she could really do was provide support for right now while everyone else went for the heavy hitting to keep him back. Ah well. Try and try again until you couldn't try anymore, right? Lilith would shuffle back to gain distance before changing stance again, this time getting low to the ground. One hand placed firmly on the ground. When she felt Johnny would come close enough, she slid it across the concrete in an arc, summoning an angled horizontal wall of bone facing the titan. It would be meant to push him back, perhaps off balance if she got lucky. She just hoped the others would fare well on their own for now.]

Despite not turning around, she could hear what was happening. And it wasn't good. Facing away from everyone, her teeth grit in anger--more anger.
This was ridiculous.
Her stride was casual, continuing the same way she was moving even with all the danger going on behind her. God, so stubborn. She'd fought monsters this stubborn, and took joy in rubbing their face in the floor when done--this wouldn't be that easy unfortunately.
She had no idea what tactics the others were doing exactly by sound, she only had moments to pull this off. Her casual stride away disappeared in a flash as she'd rushed back with great speed toward Alpha.
Split second decisions saw her jump up and us the flat of Hollow 's Trident to vault up and--if she got there fast enough--would swing her foot round hard to kick the flat of her foot against his tv-face.
