So there's a college I'll be attending in September called Academy of Art University, but during one of the previous summers I took a pre college class on character design. The big ongoing assignment for that class was to design one human character and one non human character and involve them both in a story. So I present to you Xelas and Tulak an the story they're involved in I've decided to name City Of Angels. Xelas is a Malaysian scientist who leads the development of a project titled City Of Angels, and Tulak is a mutant created from the development of said project. Part of the fun I had thinking of their designs was the idea of them being misleading. With Xelas being big pink and fluffy but actually being the sick sadistic villain, and Tulak being more slim dark in color and pointy but actually being peace seeking and kind.
