I have worked with TTTATOO earlier with their amazing lettering designs and they have come out with an amazing range of metallic tattoos which has become all the rage for summer. I love how you can be creative with their designs and they make the perfect accessory for summer.

I had a quick few minutes before we rushed out the door so I was racing against time. What's great about these temporary tattoos is that they take a few seconds to put on your skin. All you have to do is add water to the back and you're done!

We were heading over to Mooloolaba and was trying to beat the traffic and ensure we got there early to grab ourselves a table and bbq area as well as ensure we were able to have fun in the sun before the storm  rolled on by as forecast. Usually the weatherman gets it wrong 99% of the time but he was right this time and the storms came exactly as predicted.

I decided to wrap one around my arm, ankle and thigh to complete my beach look. It was a beautiful summer day and we had a blast playing frisbee. I also found out that I am terrible at frisbee. It is so much harder than it looks! When I throw a frisbee, it never ends up going to the person I intended it to go to, instead, it either goes to a random group of people or to an empty space.

Surprisingly, on the busy beach, we found a quiet and secluded area we were able to shoot. Brisbane-goers really keep to themselves and you don't get the "what are you shooting for" and "can I have a look at what the photo looks like" questions when people pass by.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with TTTattoo who specialise in temporary tattoos, both of their own designs and your own designs. It's very different to the original posts I publish on my blog but you know what? Temporary tattoos were bought into high fashion by Chanel and it's the best form of "trial before you buy" ethics when it comes to permanently inking your skin. What's so great about TTTattoo is that you can create your own design.

Truth be told, I'm so indecisive. Because of this character trait, I have not wanted to get a tattoo for the fear of having to get it removed because of choosing the wrong graphic, word, language etc to permanently have on my skin. Also, my pain tolerance is not very high so I wouldn't last after the first prick of the needle.

These temporary tattoos I had received are wonderful. I loved the "Skin Definition" tattoo, it made sense to get a tattoo that would highlight skin and it's true beauty and was also gifted a cute diamond.

Using temporary tattoos are easy. You rip off the protective plastic, place it on the skin, wet the back and slide the paper off and voila!

As a child, I used to wear temporary tattoos all the time. They came free with bubblegum! Also, they came out with tattoo bandages which were bandages in a form of a tattoo. Oh, I had so much fun with those!

I decided to place the tattoo under my rib cage where it was subtle. I have no issues with anyone who has a tattoo, whether they are loud and are in your face or hidden. It's your body, who am I to judge? For me, I kept it inside so it was hard to be seen. Tattoos are for yourself and if I were to get one, I would definitely consider this position.

It's tough. I can only imagine a tattoo artist's job to be really tough. Skin moves and finding the right position was difficult. Lucky for me, this was only temporary.

I know this is one of the most popular places to put a tattoo and I went with the norm. I didn't think anyone would notice since I would wear my hair down most days and my boss did! I know that some work places frown upon tattoos, however, it's good to know that it doesn't bother him.

As for the tattoos in the workplace issue, I do believe that skill, beauty, kindness and all traits that will make someone a good worker is only skin deep. It's discriminating and wish that more people spoke up about the issue. Tattoos that are exposed on your body shouldn't affect the quality of how the human being does their job. It's like people want/need to create problems that shouldn't be a problem to begin with.

The way the first book ended tore me apart!
