Kuroo finds that exploring an amusement all on your own is much better in theory than in practice. He's pretty sure that there were definitely maps in the hotel lobby, but instead of grabbing them like an actual intelligent person, he totally neglected to even look for them, so it's safe to say that this adventure's already failing him. Finding himself in an unknown location is pretty baffling to him, actually, because even though he's from a big city like Tokyo, he's never once felt lost there, and in comparison to his hometown, this place is nothing-- or so he thinks. Really, he figures, he's not even sure where this place ends and he can't even remember where it begins-- the gate's location escapes him at this point.

Well, park architecture (or something like that) aside, thinking about his mistakes isn't getting him any less lost. He doesn't even know which park he's in, actually, which is weird and it also isn't-- it is because from what he knows, they're all pretty unique to their own areas, and it isn't because Kuroo isn't the type to actually read up on them, so in actuality, he knows jack shit. So when you're lost, bored, and lacking in social connections, what do you do? Find someone to bother, naturally.

It doesn't take him long at all. The guy he locates first pretty much sticks out like a sore thumb despite being shorter than Kuroo and, thankfully, the volleyball captain is fine with talking to anyone, even someone who looks like his hair colour is fake (he's used to Kenma, after all). Strolling right on over, he stops beside the older man like he's always been welcome there, grinning lazily.

"You wouldn't happen to know where we are, would you?"
