Eyelashes.

They would spend hours like this, sitting with their faces close to each other, carressing each other’s noses, cheeks, sometimes giving fleeting kisses. The intimacy was stronger than any sexual intercouse could give. Graves cherished those moments with great affection and always bathed in love that Credence granted him.

What he treasured most was when Credence moved his face against his cheek. His long soft eyelashes would flick against his skin, tickling and delicate. Those eyelashes were a weakness of Graves’ and he was slightly embarrassed to admit it.

Sometimes they would be still, lining beautiful curves of Credence’s closed eyes. Other times they would be heavy under tears that the boy spillt. But it was when they framed sparkling happy eyes that Graves loved most. And whatever he could do to cause this, he did.
