i really love the character development of patroclus. like, in the very beginning, he feels like he doesnât belong beside achilles - even though achilles chose him among all the other boys as his companion. he's always hesitant to attract attention to his relationship with achilles, especially from the servants. flash forward three years and now patroclus believes he has a place beside achiles and he will fulfill his rightful place beside him and nothing would drive him away from it - not even other's attention.
