I’ve been working on a sequel to The Snake and The Crow hehe so here’s just a little snippy from the prologue. I’m really excited about it since it takes place post-game and I can literally do whatever I want (which is also a little scary because I’ve never attempted to do that)!

More time passed, and the small girl wasn't so small anymore—in stature or personality. She was a Crow now, no longer a small bird whose only defense was no defense at all. No, she had talons, she had magic, she was dangerous. She ran along the rooflines of her new home, arms outstretched once more to feel the temperate wind against her face, the smell of coffee and spices hitting her with every step as she raced through her now-beloved city to find her target. Each contract fulfilled bolstered her, her growing reputation puffing out her imaginary feathers. She was unstoppable and no one could clip her wings.
