This restaurant is functional BUT the buffet table is DECORATION ONLY. While you can have sims admire the items at the buffet, they CANNOT eat from them at this time.

This set REQUIRES the DINE OUT expansion pack in order for restaurant to be functional and for most of the items to show up in your game.

Must use 'BB.MoveObjects ON' cheat in order to place lot. You will also need this cheat on when you place the buffet hood to the base.

Today on my twitch stream I build a number of four small houses to show of different roof types in one hour. One of them is this little danish inspired house. It is an empty shell with no landscaping or interior decorating done, so it is ready for your sims to move in and fill the house with your own furniture. The house is 6.500§ so it very much a starting house.
