“Loftlike” — Early Access Modern Loft Home 🖤✨ 30x20 • §113,898 • Early Access until mid-December

Here’s my newest build: Loftlike, a modern brick-and-black loft home with cozy industrial energy, warm tones, and an airy open layout. The house features a mix of dark metal accents, exposed brick, and soft warm woods — perfect for Sims who love a modern but lived-in aesthetic.

The highlight of the home is the upper corner with the slanted roof window, creating a bright loft nook with gorgeous lighting for storytelling, screenshots, and gameplay ambience.

The interior is a mix of moody bedroom tones, natural textures, plants, modern clutter, and a clean layout. Outside you’ll find a pool area, seating, and a relaxed backyard vibe.

The Westfall Family Manor ( a wip )

this build is cc-free and going in the nvmphh save! it’s set in ravenwood and meant to house my personal family the westfalls, a mix of spellcasters, vampires, and werewolves. eventually i’ll split them into three households and use this lot as a residential rental so they can all live under one roof but still have space for their own families.

Welcome to Romanza — a soft, sunlit home full of warmth, charm and romantic details. It’s a 30x30 lot with a large terrace and a pool, wrapped in calm neutral tones and beautiful clutter.

I’ve used some of my favorite CC again — especially the “Tidying Up” set by Pierisim (the laundry area looks so real! 🧺) and @syboubou“Happy Stairways”, which turned the space under the stairs into a dream corner.
