I bring you Pereda Palace, built by Julio Dormal emulating the facade of the Jacqemart André Museum in Paris.
It's construction finished in 1936 and the family lived in the house for only 9 years. In 1945, the embassador of Brasil bought the house, and it has been Brasil's embbasy in Argentina since.
You will need a 40x30 lot for the house.
I have not been able to eliminate ceilings I ujsed for fixing the roofs.
You will need lots of CC for it to work properly, mostly from Felixandre, TheJim, SYB, Aggresivve Kitty, among others.
The ambients are slightly decorated so you have an idea of what each room is intended for, but make it your own.
I also put the kitchen in the main floor, to ease the experince for those who enjoy playing (kitchens use to be located in the basement or the last floors of the buildings to avoid bad smells in the main areas.
It has a groundfloor with some reception rooms, the garage entrance, main entrance and small church.
The first floor (piano nobile) has a a library, a billiard room, 4 living rooms, a main dining, the morning room, kitchen and 3 half bathrooms.
The 2nd floor has the private departments of the family arround a living area.
The last floor has several windos ans some living spaces for the employees.
