Is there a mod that makes the landlord npc just… not appear. I kinda wanna have a minimal number of non-playables (especially service npcs) in my game and I appreciate any mod that does that. I know certain service NPCs such as the ones you hire over the phone, or shopkeepers in university towns, or professors (sadly! I wish your professors could be people who are actual professors in the education career, or people with high skills, failing that) are inevitable, but god it’s so annoying to have some useless landlord npc when I want rental lots in my game to be owned by actual rich sims
