Bluewater Village but the Mesa has Roads on it

Hi besties xoxo You have a camera mod right? OK so, catch this, Bluewater Village (the Bitchin Ass Shopping District which shipped with OfB), it has this hill with loads of flat land on it looking over the town. In a vanilla game it is mostly out of camera shot, but as we have established you already have a camera mod so this doesnt apply to u. I opened up SimCity 4 and added roads in myself, because I’m cool like that. You can get the SC4 off my SFS. You can also get a neighbourhood file which you can use as a basis for a hood or HoodReplace with. It comes with extra deco on the hills, and if you want it, it flattens out the road where Malcolm lives. This feature isnt in teh SC4 bc I was lazy, i just used modifyneighborhoodterrain. Goodnight.
