This year they did the *complete* opposite.
We not only get the new Descendants, but we *also* get Camp Rock 3.
And yeah, part of that might be bc Liamani is in both and Malachi is in Camp Rock 3 and the next Zombies (which i think comes out next year when they go back to their regularly scheduled alternation...assuming they don't do Camp Rock 4 after that π )
But I'm just saying
Where was this energy when *I* was a kid???
Also those poor kids must be exhausted running between franchises and appearances for them...probably part of why the Descendants x Zombies tour is now Descendants x Zombies x Camp Rock. Y'know, other than trying to milk people for all they're worth in an attempt to get their kids to see a bunch of their favorite stars in one place.

We've got two versions of Perfect Princess from D5 (love both (and I'm a full supporter of his creepy head banging, tyvm)), Mad - Wicked Wonderland from D5 (Halloween badass vibes ngl), One Beat Away from CR3 (honestly soooo easy to get stuck in my head), and last night they released Dancing with the Enemy from D5, and that's now stuck in my head too π
