📕 - Read to my muse { probably to put Tsumugi to sleep }

Tsumugi was laying against the sofa, her eyes watching the detective, as the boy was reading a story to the girl... She wasn’t quite sure what lead to him to read a book to her besides her making a passive comment about how she felt tired but couldn’t fall asleep.

The next thing she know; the detective asked her to follow him before settling her on the sofa then getting a book and taking a seat himself to read the book, that he picked out, to her. Her expression was confusion at first before she started to relaxed.

⊰❄⊱ --;      Ah, so cold. It was definitely freezing more than it did this morning. Jackie and      Claire were running out of blankets for the newcomers that just came in. The past      week two people passed away of the cold -- they froze to death. Since then      everyone is scared the same fate will happen to them. Everyone's panicking and      only Jackie and Claire were assigned to calm them down. But barely with any luck.      Perhaps they were more supplies in the towns nearby? Without anyone noticing,      Jackie went out by herself. If Claire or anyone else knew, of course they wouldn't      let her. Especially now when the creatures roam around the building. But what they      didn't know is that she was completely fine by herself.
