🙄👀🤦‍♀️ It’s been a rough while lately. On a major scale this country is losing itself. On a personal level I’ve been feeling shit.👎 ⠀⠀ 🧘‍♀️There is a certain pressure spiritual people feel to be “blissful” all the time and that can get translated to meaning that you’re “not supposed” to ever experience “negative” feelings. Like burn some sage to burn those negative feelings away - Positive Vibes Only ☝️😤👌. Channel that negative energy into your fave crystal. Do everything to avoid experiencing that “bad” feeling state. 😜 ⠀⠀ A rookie mistake that all who go on a spiritually path encounter at some point on another.✌️✌️✌️ ⠀⠀ Peer pressure to be spiritually zen all the time and at peace is something I see in all those spiritually infused circles; yoga teachers, vegan warriors and bliss junkies. 🌱⛩⛰ ⠀⠀ 🔮There’s a lot of spiritual gurus out there who are put on a pedestal as if they don’t ever feel negative emotions or take a shit like the rest of us because they seem to “know” things about life the rest of us haven’t figured out yet. 🧘‍♀️🙏🧘‍♀️ (...like how to con millions into thinking you have wisdom and make bank on their desperation...🤭 not all are like this, but plenty are... and also not saying what they have to say isn’t valuable at times). ⠀⠀ 🎭 It makes them seem different from us and places the idea that “being enlightened” is something special people realize that isn’t accessible to everyone. It makes them seem mystical - and that’s the joke in a sense. That they are just human.
