He coughs, his head suddenly spinning. Ugh.

He feels a surge of panic. Last time this happened he said horrible things. And then Casper went back to hating him. And he was called a monster.

He's going to lose everything now.

He coughs again, his brain registering the question.

"Definitely human Falco. I miss his smile and the way his arms wrap around me and the way his lips are super soft and his laugh and everything about him. Bunny Falco is cute, but...he's not my Falco, y'know?"

"Of course I do! I love him so much. He's so cool and amazing and nice to me!! I wanna be just like him! Oh, he took me to get my ear pierced and I got mine on the same side as his! It hurt a lot but it was worth it."

He's absolutely mortified.

"Plus, don't tell anyone, but I actually love it when he hugs me and messes with my hair. I've been told my love language is physical affection..."

"Well, when I was younger I got bullied for not having a mom. And I got really depressed about that. So when one of our donkeybugs, Paula, had babies I decided to adopted her as my new mom and called the baby donkeybugs my siblings!"

He might as well just die at this point. Death would be so much more merciful than this.

His brain hurts.

"M-maybe he realized while trying to comfort me that I'm not worth it. Maybe he was just t-trying to be nice and then got tired of p-pretending to care about me. Or maybe he's been nice leeched this whole time and finally got free and now he's himself again and he never liked me to begin with. Or maybe—"

He's rambling now.

It's easier to believe those things.

"Oh..."

He hugs you back, blinking back tears.
