don't break promises you made to yourself. don't betray yourself by doing things you said you won't do anymore. don't lie to yourself that you did something when you did it half-heartedly. don't act as everything is bad when it's you that don't do anything.

when you break promises to yourself, write about it. talk with yourself - whether you prefer to write or to talk outloud, be in touch with yourself. forgive yourself, but remember to accomplish what you promised yourself. betrayal of yourself is the worst thing you could do on earth. don't hurt yourself like that. remember about future, but use it as a motivation, as a fire to do your work, not as a way to escape reality. do not escape reality - the more you escape, the less you are with yourself and the more you want to run away - because you are misunderstood by yourself.
