Day 37 - First flotation therapy session
I’ve always seen pictures of this nonsense and wondered what the rage was all about. Then I saw a Groupon and thought, why not. Before operating this gadget, I needed to watch a 20-minute video and then receive one-on-one instruction. Am I flying this thing to the moon?!
I didn’t, but it felt just as weird. And I got sick as hell. Like sea sick, which apparently, is known to happen. Something about all the detoxing my body did during my 60-minute session. According to the TruRest specialists, I would need several more sessions to entirely detox my body – to the tune of $80/hour. I’m all set :)
