This Day in Disney History
March 31, 2012: a new wrap is revealed at Walt Disney World, the “TRONorail”.
The affectionately known “TRONorail” was a bright blue train that couldn’t be missed! This was the second time this wrap was featured. It was also seen in 2010-2011 for the movie TRON: Legacy, and this time the advertising was for the movie The Avengers, coming out in May.
It’s always exciting to see the monorail pulling up, and you never know what you might see once it arrives! Keep an eye out for new monorail wraps, sometimes they change seasonally, for special events, or for new movies!

One year ago today was the last day of operation for Monorail Coral as the Tronorail. Â Bless whoever decided its last day would be Tron's 29th birthday. Â I spent four or five months as the monorail's stalker, and I have so many clips and shots of it. This is my favorite picture. I do miss the Tronorail. I dream about it on occasion. Not too surprising when you see it five days a week for nine months of your life.
How long has it been since I posted a Tronorail picture? Â Too long.
