Yes so I’m assuming some parent from Elberon abandoned this poor child, or she got lost or ran away, idk. Fiyo, knowing that such a sweetheart wouldn’t survive in a place like the Crimson Waste, has no choice but to take her in since no one else would claim her. Flutterina is much younger in this screenshot edit because I decided Fiyo and Double Trouble met long before the events of She-ra.
[SPOILER ALERT] And uhh.. yes, fast forward to DT planning on causing chaos with the princesses by disguising themself as someone they’d trust... Yup, they committed identity theft on this child who is pretty much their daughter now. smh DT you monster
