We know they fully intended for ElsAnnaMom to be white when they made the first movie. Retconning to make their sequels/remakes seem more "woke" has been Disney's M.O. for a while now

Had they decided at the very beginning that Queen Iduna was going to be Northuldra, I wouldnât have had a problem with it but itâs obvious they didnât plan this. And like if they wanted to make the princesses related to the Northuldra people, why didnât they even try to make them look similar?Â
I kinda have a feeling that Disney saw Into the Spiderverse and were like, âWe can do that too!â It feels so forced.

@trishmishtree But that wasnât even what it was about...She never made such a conclusion. Him not being there just meant that she gets less of a chance to spend time with him. From the way they spoke about the situation as well, itâs obvious that Adrien not being able to hang with his friends happens a lot. So thatâs why she makes the conclusion that maybe theyâre not meant to really have anything beyond âoh hey itâs Adrien my classmateâ. The episodes are out of order, but if this is taking place after the episode she finds out that Adrien just considers her a friend itâs kind of understandable because even Tikki encouraged her not to give up. But whatâs the point if she hardly ever gets the chance? That seems pretty consistent to me.Â
